We accept returns for products purchased directly from us within 28 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products that have been washed, tried on or worn.

Once the products are returned, you will be notified once your return has been received and your refund has been issued. Your original delivery charge cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days of the goods being received by us.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for
shipping costs and lost or damaged packages in transit. When returning
your items to us, we recommend you obtain a (free) proof of postage and
keep a record of your tracking number when posting your return to us.
